Screens, users, schedules, and integrations

We coordinate display hardware, players, channel layouts, user permissions, and IT preparation. LUXVISION LED displays can be included where a larger display surface suits the viewing distance and content. Layouts must account for the actual display canvas and legibility.

Calendar, dashboard, or alert integrations require access to the relevant systems and agreement on operational responsibilities. Where alert messaging is specified, we test the authorised trigger and playback workflow with the responsible team. Scope and acceptance procedures are defined before deployment.
