Rental & Staging LED Displays

XL AV designs LED systems for changing stage layouts, live video, and event content, with processing and infrastructure selected for the production.

Start with the production and assembly method

A touring production, rental fleet, and worship stage may need displays that can be assembled in different dimensions or positions. We review the content canvas, audience distances, camera use, available rigging points, ground support, assembly frequency, and operator workflow before defining the display system.

The scope includes processors, input formats, power and data distribution, configuration files, service access, and spare parts. Flown and ground-stacked arrangements require the appropriate support equipment and review of loads, stability, and venue conditions by the responsible specialists.

LUXVISION ECOLUX Hanging X for flexible stage layouts

ECOLUX Hanging X provides available factory-flown mounting and ground-stack systems. Those options can support different production layouts when the selected panels and support system suit the venue. Published pixel pitches include 1.95 mm, 2.31 mm, 2.60 mm, and 2.97 mm; the choice depends on screen dimensions, audience positions, and content detail.

XL AV evaluates Hanging X for rental and staging, touring, and suitable worship applications. We coordinate the mounting arrangement, processor capacity, panel mapping, connections, and handling procedures. Camera and display settings are checked together for the intended views. We confirm model-specific ratings and accessories during design.

Lighting

We coordinate stage light direction, levels, and colour settings with the LED display and camera exposure. Scenes are checked for presenters, performers, and the required video content.

Sound

Production audio feeds are routed to the intended house, recording, or streaming destinations. Audio timing is checked with the video path when processing introduces delay.

Control

Source selection, processor configurations, and operator monitoring are planned around setup and show operation. Approved configurations and procedures are documented within the scope.

How we deliver the project

XL AV reviews the application, audience positions, content, mounting, power, network requirements, and operator workflow. We define equipment and installation scope, coordinate with the project team, configure the system, verify the agreed functions, and train operators. Documentation, spare parts, and support requirements are established in the project scope.
