Football Stadium Audio and Video Systems

We assess grandstands, field-side areas, concourses, and relevant support spaces. Loudspeaker positions, aiming, processing, and delay arrangements are selected for the proposed coverage and site conditions.

Football projects may include announcers, referee feeds where permitted, band and cheer programme audio, and halftime presentations. We establish how these sources are selected and which zones receive them.

We establish the sports data, official timing interfaces, display dimensions, viewing angles, and content needed at the venue. Scoring software, processors, and dedicated timing equipment are checked for compatibility.

LUXVISION LED display configurations are selected for the actual outdoor environment and installation. Brightness, weather exposure, mounting, power, service access, and the viewing audience are considered together. Indoor display families are evaluated only for appropriate protected indoor spaces.

Live camera images, instant replay, and streaming require appropriate cameras, production tools, storage or replay functions, and staff. We define each requested function separately before specifying the system.

The display mix and stream mix can have different graphics and audio needs. We test latency and applicable competition presentation restrictions for the intended workflow.

Sponsor layouts, rotations, acknowledgments, event schedules, and facility messages need a defined operating process. We review how essential game information shares space with other content.

Advertising can support a venue’s funding plan, but the school or campus manages the sponsorship programme and commitments. Priority-message interfaces are coordinated with approved facility procedures.

Equipment suitability, enclosures, corrosion exposure, drainage, mounting, lightning protection and grounding coordination, and cable routes are reviewed with the relevant project specialists. Outdoor mounting and power work require their own defined scope.

We test the agreed audio zones, display content, controls, source changes, and recovery after an interruption. Handover includes the documentation, training, spares, and service arrangements established for the project.
