Microphones selected for the presenter and room
Shure provides wired and wireless microphones, installed conferencing microphones, and audio processing products. XL AV selects handheld, headworn, lapel, lectern, or installed microphone arrangements according to presenter movement, seating, and the required reinforcement or conferencing use.
A panel discussion needs predictable pickup across several talkers. A mobile presenter needs usable wireless coverage and microphone placement that supports adequate level before feedback. A hybrid meeting needs microphone coverage and a complete path to the remote participants.
Wireless coordination and DSP connections
We plan receiver channels, frequency coordination, antenna placement, and charging or battery procedures for the specified system. Wireless coverage is checked in the areas where microphones will be used. Available spectrum and equipment band selection depend on the installation location.
Installed microphone integration includes analog or supported network audio connections, channel routing, mute synchronization, automatic mixing, and conferencing processing as required. We check the capabilities of the exact microphone and DSP combination before defining the signal path.
Operating and commissioning the system
XL AV tests pickup, noise, levels, and intended presenter positions. Training covers microphone placement, mute controls, charging, and the approved presets. Supply the expected number of simultaneous talkers, room layout, conferencing platform, and any existing wireless equipment for the consultation.
